We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Rokeby Park Primary is a smaller than average school situated at the heart of the local community. We are a nurturing and inclusive school and pride ourselves on our pupil centred approach. As part of the Constellation Trust, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from two secondary schools, seven primary schools and a pupil referral unit. Working in partnership with leaders from the Trust, you will work with a highly committed and experienced team to build on and develop the success of the school.
Grade 4, Point 5 to Point 7, £24,790 to £25,584 (pro-rata) for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm, term-time plus 5 additional training days (39 weeks per year).

We require someone who:
• can provide excellent general clerical and administrative support to the school/academy;
• can provide routine clerical and administrative support including word processing, typing letters, photocopying, filing, emailing etc;
• can maintain accurate pupil records and information electronically from a range of systems, including the school’s MIS
• can answer routine enquiries from staff, pupils, parents/carers and the public via the telephone or face-to-face
• is aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, child protection, safety, security, confidentiality and data protection; report all concerns to the appropriate person
• is committed, motivated and enthusiastic;
• enjoys working as part of a team.
