Hours: 9.00am - 4.30pm
Ben Simpson Furniture is an environmentally friendly e-commerce furniture shop, with the focus consistently on manufacturing a wide range of premium handcrafted wooden furniture from our purpose-built workshop based in West Sussex.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in both their written communication and telephone manner to help in our office. You will be provided with full training by our Senior Customer Service Manager.
We have an hours lunch break daily between 12pm and 1pm.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responding to email enquiries
* Answering the telephone
* Resolving delivery issues liaising with couriers
* Order processing
* Creating workshop order boards using Excel
* Day to day office-based duties that will arise
Skills and qualifications required:
* 3+ years experience in e-commerce customer service
* Problem solving skills
* Attentiveness
* Clear communication skills
* Writing skills
* Keen attitude to learning (this will be key to developing product knowledge)
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Time management skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Proficient in Excel

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
