What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, confident and resilient. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the Early Years and will have led on interventions and provision that supports the development of children, for example interventions such as Intensive Interactions and Bucket Time. This person will have high aspirations and expectations for all children, they will be an excellent communicator and have a passion for enabling children to achieve their full potential.
Many of our children enter the Foundation Stage working at points below expected baseline entry levels. The successful candidate will be able to show understanding and practice of what exceptional Early Years practice looks like, using targeted and skilful support to enable rapid progress in children’s learning and development.
