Salary Range: £30,859 - £33,951 per annum

The Role:
Joining our friendly Younger Adults Business Support Service as a Senior Administrative Officer, you’ll support and lead a team of administrators to deliver high quality administrative support to the Approved Mental Health Practitioner and Mental Health Services.
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll use your previous team management and administrative experience, together with your excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to take ownership of the team’s administrative processes and ensure the required administrative protocols are followed. You’ll monitor and coordinate the team’s capacity to manage a demanding workload, ensuring administrative support needs are met whilst balancing the workload equally between the team.

Using your superb communication skills, you’ll build supportive and collaborative working relationships within the team and your colleagues. You’ll confidently communicate with Service Managers and Team Managers to establish urgent or arising administrative support needs, and be able to resolve conflicting demands on resource to successfully meet business requirements.
In this hybrid working role, you’ll be home based for part of the week and based in the office for a minimum of one day per week. During your induction and training you will be expected to be in the office daily. Your working pattern will be Monday to Thursday - and Friday -
