What You Will Be Doing:
* Work with external agencies, community representatives, employers and stakeholders to identify and secure opportunities for the whole College group including Adult Learning and Apprenticeships, in a pan-Lancashire footprint.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on ethical growth, client satisfaction and maximising full College portfolio opportunities.
* Achieve engagement and enrolment targets.
* Be actively involved in the recruitment and selection processes for apprentices, including the vacancy matching and interviewing as required.
What We Are Looking For:
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, at Grade C/4 or above.
* Experience of working in a varied role, including administrative tasks.
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proven account management experience, or other relevant experience.
