We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team for 24 hours per week, ideally over three days (but we’re happy to explore flexibility for the right person).
As a vital part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and engineers while contributing to our growing success. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and providing quotations to customers.
* Handling telephone inquiries and offering excellent customer service.
* Acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships.
* Carrying out general office administration tasks.
* Gaining and sharing technical knowledge (full training provided).
* Processing new business on our systems.
* Calculating renewals for manual customers.
* Attending sales visits and exhibitions as part of the team.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills and previous administrative experience.
* A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
* A clean driving license, as occasional travel may be required.
