My client based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator on a Permanent basis. The role could be full or part-time, depending on a suitable candidates requirement The main responsibilities associated with the role include - Managing the recruitment process - Managing new starter inductions - Supporting Disciplinary process - Monitor absences - Supporting payroll as required - General admin around the HR function As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing/production environment would be ideal - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels - Good IT Skills - An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required - Knowledge of the Bradford Factor is essential The pay-rate on offer is £16.41 per hour Keywords HR, Recruitment, Inductions, Right to Work checks, Disciplinary, Grievance, interviews, CIPD, ADZN1_UKTJ
