This will include providing advice to managers and other colleagues on all matters of the employment life cycle, terms and conditions of employment, compliance, Nugents policies and procedures and employment legislation. In addition, you will support the HR Business Partners in the effective management of Employment Relations Cases and Organisational Change Initiatives ensuring risks to the Charity are minimized. You will also be involved in developing and updating HR policies and guidance, ensuring these are in line with current legislation, as well as coaching managers on key policies and procedures, ensuring they have the right skills to effectively manage their team The Person: The successful candidate will: Have a proven track record of HR generalist experience working in a fast paced environment Be an effective team player, able to work independently and to tight timescales. Successfully manage and prioritise their workload.
