Declutterize with Dawn is looking for a hard-working, highly organized individual to join our team!
Works Closely With: Lead Organizer, Owner

Skills and Abilities:
* Must be detail-oriented and passionate about creating order in our client’s homes
* Must be a team player and strong problem solver
* Must have a valid driver’s license and have your own car
* Must be able to carry heavy items, such as boxes of products
Responsibilities Include:
Assistant Home Organizer:
* Collaborate with the lead home organizer to execute decluttering and organizing projects according to client specifications.
* Assist in sorting, categorizing, and decluttering various household items such as clothing, books, toys, and kitchenware.
* Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize space and functionality within the home.
* Coordinate donation, recycling, and disposal of unwanted items.
* Assist with packing and unpacking during home moves or transitions.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the organizing process.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and personal belongings at all times.
* Label bins, boxes, containers, etc. using a label maker or specialty label.
* Assemble small furniture items, such as storage boxes or shelving units.
* Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the lead home organizer or management.
Household Manager:
* Coordinate daily tasks including laundry, dishes, trash/recycling, and light cleaning.
* Manage household supplies, groceries, and inventory maintenance.
* Organize children's belongings, including clothes, toys, and books.
* Assist with children's schedules, lunches, and school-related tasks.
* Handle pet care responsibilities, including grooming, feeding, and appointments.
* Coordinate car maintenance, including washing, vacuuming, and service appointments.
* Run personal errands such as shopping and dry cleaning pickup.
* Maintain organization in communal areas and assist with seasonal decor.
* Schedule and oversee appointments for home maintenance services.
* Manage communication with handymen, landscapers, cleaners, and snow removal services.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in professional organizing, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* You are willing to fulfill tasks like breaking down boxes and taking out the trash.
* You are kind, compassionate, and respectful - especially when in the homes of our clients.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and preferences.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
* Physical stamina with the ability to be on your feet for at least 4 hours/day.
* Respect for client confidentiality and discretion.
* Passion for creating organized and functional living spaces.
