A Typical Day in the Job: Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps Be involved in IOS & Android Development Projects Create automated workflows with Power Automate for process optimization. Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for applications. Integrate Power Platform applications with other services and data sources. Maintain detailed documentation for applications. Provide training, support, and user education for effective application utilisation. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am 5pm 25 days holiday including bank holidays Potential opportunity for a full-time job role upon completion Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 6 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role Great communication skills Ability to work under pressure Understanding of Objective C, Swift, C++and C# Good time management skills Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Software Developer.
