What You'll Be Doing: Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils with ALN within the classroom environment. Supporting pupils in developing core literacy and numeracy skills through creative and engaging methods. Building a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning atmosphere to encourage personal and academic growth. Forming strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, offering emotional and social support where needed. Collaborating closely with class teachers and fellow support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Upholding all safeguarding and child protection policies in line with school procedures. Demonstrating adaptability and resilience, responding effectively to changing needs and challenges. What We’re Looking For: A caring, patient, and proactive individual who thrives in a supportive role. Experience working with children with ALN or behavioural needs is highly desirable.
