As an Sales Advisor based in Solihull you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
2. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am – 12pm (paid overtime).
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. UK Driving licence advantageous but not essential.
2. Great team player and support in other areas of the branch when needed.
3. Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach.
