We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and well-qualified Head of Drama to join a highly successful department at Pate’s. You will be motivated, enthusiastic, and driven, taking pride in inspiring students with your passion for your subject.
You will take responsibility for providing leadership and management in your department, ensuring high-quality teaching is delivered, effective use of resources, and improved standards of learning and teaching for all. Your flexible and adaptable approach, energy, resilience, and commitment to being part of the wider school community will support your success in this role. You will have the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and the ability to teach across all key stages. We have a long-established programme of annual productions and drama-related house events, and the successful candidate would be expected to lead in this area.
