This agency role offers full-time hours and a competitive hourly rate of £27 per hour. As part of the team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring urgent and unplanned care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional and compassionate nursing care to patients with acute and unplanned care needs. Perform clinical assessments, develop care plans, and provide interventions in line with best practices. Respond promptly to urgent patient needs, ensuring timely escalation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals as required. Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care across services. Administer medications, manage treatments, and monitor patient outcomes in accordance with clinical protocols. Provide health education and guidance to patients and their families, promoting self-care and recovery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in line with professional and organizational standards. Essential Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse RGN. Proven experience working at Band 6 level in unplanned or urgent care settings. Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care. Desirable: Experience working in community nursing, emergency care, or out-of-hours services. Knowledge of managing long-term conditions and complex patient needs. Hours: This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week.
