Job Summary
This is an exciting post for an enthusiastic person looking for part-time work during the week and occasional weekends, who would like to enter and learn the hospitality trade. No experience is required as full training will be given.
As a team member, your main duties will be dealing directly with our customers. You’ll welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café. With your love of working with people, delicious food and drinks, a can-do attitude, and a desire to provide excellent service, you’ll ensure everyone has a lovely time during their visit. This is a lively business with lots of plans; we operate our floristry service from the same building, and there will be an opportunity to get involved. Teamwork and adaptability are crucial, and an eye for detail is required to ensure the café and garden are kept clean and tidy, displays, signage, and menus are well presented, up to date, and accurate. At times, you will be asked to assist with duties in other areas of our business, which is a great opportunity for somebody wanting to gain valuable experience and adaptable skills.
