Employee Experience Advisor
Location: Stirling/Hybrid

Your new role
To support and advise on the management of the effective delivery of proactive, business focused HR solutions and processes and in order to improve the HR service and offering to the business, to become an employer of choice.
What you'll do:
1. Support in a programme of reward and benefits review, and benchmarking, including preparing papers for Group Board, REMCO and other SLT
2. Manage the effective delivery of all employee benefits, including Life Assurance, PMI, OH and discounts platform, including the Group administration of these benefits.
3. Review and write policies, procedures and employee handbooks on a regular basis, to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.
4. Work closely with the Employee Engagement Manager and SLT to prepare a timetable of internal comms and associated literature.
5. Foster a positive working environment through communication and involvement in initiatives in order to improve employee engagement across the Group.
6. Liaise with Bid Teams across the Group to review the employment issues associated with future bids, contributing to bid text and presentations as required.
7. Support the preparation and maintenance of reports for business leaders across the Group ensuring these meet the requirements of the business and review on a regular basis.
8. Support, and at times manage wellbeing agenda and initiatives.
9. Foster a positive working environment through communication and involvement in initiatives in order to improve employee engagement across the Group.
10. Research and benchmark employee engagement across other organisations, ensuring Robertson are the employer of choice.
11. Management of Investors in People Review, and assessments alongside working closely with the Early Careers team on IIYP assessments.
12. Lead on training sessions in the Group where required, supporting the L&D team on the development of an online curriculum.
13. Coach and mentor the HR Assistant and Trainee HR Administrator.
14. Develop strong, collaborative, and effective working relationships People Partnering team to support in Group solutions to regional issues or concerns.
15. Conduct regular review of HR best practice, legal compliance and external benchmarking suggesting how policies, initiatives and processes can be developed or initiated within Robertson.
16. Support and at times manage the delivery of projects on the People Strategy to keep the HR Agenda moving forward.
17. Take the lead on HR forums across Robertson Group, occasionally leading actions and follow up as required.
18. Deputise for the HR Manager in meetings where required.
19. Manage additional activities and projects as agreed with the HR Manager and Head of People & Culture.
