Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience

Key responsibilities as Registered Manager:
1. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and inspire the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Manage recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews for all staff.
• Provide ongoing support and development for the team.
2. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure the service complies with CQC regulations and is always prepared for inspections.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory and company requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and change of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Regularly audit and monitor the quality of care provided to ensure continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve safeguarding concerns in line with local authority protocols.
• Lead the team in ensuring the service remains compliant.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage incidents effectively.
• Promote a safe working environment for all staff, clients, and visitors.
3. Care Planning & Delivery
• Monitor the quality of care delivery and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure care is delivered safely, efficiently, and with dignity, respect, and compassion.
4. Operational Oversight
• Oversee scheduling and rota management to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor and manage service budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with external agencies and professionals, such as GPs, social workers, and commissioners.
5. Business Development
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the service, including attracting new clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare providers.
• Promote the company’s reputation and uphold its vision, mission, and values.
6. Reporting and Communication
• Report directly to senior management or the operations manager with updates on service performance.
• Provide accurate reports on staff performance, client satisfaction, and financial data.
• Participate in regular management meetings to discuss operational improvements and challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A Registered Care Manager seeking a fresh challenge OR an experienced Deputy Care Manager ready to step into a leadership role.
2. Previous experience in a management role within a successful Domiciliary/Homecare Service.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional, personalised care.
4. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
5. Knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to uphold compliance standards.
6. Driving Licence and own car.
7. Must be able to work in the UK without Sponsorship as this is not available for this role.
