Position: Part Time Project Officer (0.5 fte)
Location: Pontllanfraith, Blackwood, with travel across the region and visits to residents' homes
Salary Range: £24,000 to £25,679 pro rata
Contract Tenure: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
· Support the development and delivery of community nature-based programmes
· Maintain effective relationships with partner organisations
· Identify and recruit groups, individuals, and partners to participate in programme activities
· Supervise participants to develop environmental conservation and interpersonal skills
· Deliver accredited courses and provide 1:1 mentoring sessions
· Record progress towards targets and assist with report preparation for funding bodies and marketing
· Assist with identifying and applying for additional funding opportunities
Requirements:
· A full current driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
· Familiarity with community work practices and related legislation
· Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
· Adherence to GDPR regulations regarding personal information
· Commitment to ensuring the health and safety of all involved in Groundwork Wales’ work
