As part of our friendly, professional, and dynamic team, your primary role will be to provide travel insurance quotes and policy amendments across our different schemes. You’ll do this through inbound telephone calls, taking the time to understand the customers’ requirements so that they are provided with suitable cover for their holiday/trip abroad. There is no cold-calling or face-to-face customer contact. Activities are exclusively computer and telephone based.
We have both part time & Full time hours available for this role. Please specify with your application which you wish you apply for.
Part time: 20 hours per week, to work on a rota basis between the hours of 8.45am - 7.15pm, Monday to Friday
Full time: 37.5 hours per week, to work on a rota basis between the hours of 8.45am - 7.15pm, Monday to Friday
Although not presently required, in the future you may be asked to work on Saturdays.
Location:
The roles are based in the town centre of St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Our 1st floor office does not currently have a lift and is accessible by stairs only.

* Excellent customer service skills, with an eye for the details
* Ability to act with care and sensitivity towards vulnerable customers
* Adaptability within a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, willing to suggest improvements
* High level of communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to absorb and retain knowledge
* Computer literacy – we use Microsoft Office as well as bespoke software
* Professionalism and pride in the company and its products
