We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling marketing teams and executing high-impact campaigns for SaaS products. You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and contributing directly to the growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and developing strategies to scale the team effectively as we grow.
2. Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth for our SaaS platform. Own the planning and execution of both long-term and short-term marketing initiatives.
3. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content, paid ads, etc.) that generate high-quality leads, promote customer engagement, and boost brand visibility.
4. Content & Copywriting: Create compelling content for various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, social media, and ad copy. Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and optimised for SEO.
5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts across channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.), analyse performance, and refine strategies to optimise ROI.
6. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
7. Brand Awareness: Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, recognition, and thought leadership within the SaaS industry. Leverage content marketing, PR, partnerships, and events to position the brand as an industry leader.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with our product specialists, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
* Proven experience working within a SaaS platform, or at a tech-forward company.
* Previous experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
* Experience in PPC, and social media advertising is essential.
* Experience in Salesforce is desirable though not essential.
* Demonstrated experience scaling a marketing team, with the ability to grow and develop talent in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
* Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
* Excellent copywriting skills, with experience creating high-quality content across multiple channels (blogs, email, ads, etc.).
* In-depth knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution, with a focus on measurable results.
* Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Solid understanding of reporting and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as necessary.
* Ability to manage budgets and prioritise projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
