Job summary This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS). We require two enthusiastic people to work with the Medical Staffing Team in a busy department. You will provide a pro-active medical HR service for Postgraduate Doctors in Training maintaining the management of the rotational processes and advise on all aspects of the Doctors and Dentists in Training Terms & Conditions of Service and Trust policies providing guidance to medical staff, rota co-ordinators and operational managers on the correct interpretation of these. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate data entry onto the electronic staff record system, liaising with payroll to ensure doctors are paid on time and that an efficient service is provided. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and attention to detail are essential; a flexible approach is required which includes working across both Basingstoke and Winchester sites.
