Role Description:
* Collaborate with the Cluster Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of IFM operations, compliance with legislation, and achievement of defined budgets and profit margins.
* Prioritise Health and Safety through diligent Safeguard administration and operations.
* Address customer queries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction, liaising with service providers and senior management when needed.
* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the building, contractual specifications, and KPIs to achieve and maintain service excellence.
* Oversee departmental operations, guiding team members to adhere to standards, regulations, and the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
