About Us: Join our esteemed finance team as a Finance Analyst at RICS, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial management and strategic decision-making. You will ensure financial stability and success through detailed analysis, reporting, and insightful business partnering across the organisation.
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, managing monthly executive packs and variance analyses to promote informed decision-making and accountability.
2. Engage collaboratively in the budgeting and forecasting processes, working with department heads to ensure accurate and fair financial planning.
3. Generate comprehensive financial reports, facilitating strategic insights that support the diverse needs and goals of each directorate.
4. Create and sustain financial models to support a range of decision-making scenarios, ensuring inclusivity in considering various stakeholder impacts.
5. Uphold rigorous compliance with financial regulations, supporting an ethical and transparent financial environment.
About You:
1. You possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and demonstrate effective analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Your ability to communicate clearly enables you to convey complex financial data to a broad audience, ensuring inclusiveness and comprehension.
3. You are reliable and committed to maintaining high standards in financial reporting and compliance, with a thorough attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
4. Your enthusiasm for continuous learning is evident as you may be pursuing a Chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
5. Familiarity with Microsoft D365/Power BI and a good understanding of financial principles are beneficial.
