Bellway's Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a passionate Recruitment Administrator to join our Group HR team. This role offers a chance to be at the heart of our recruitment centralisation efforts.
The Role
As a Group Recruitment Administrator, you will be joining our experienced Recruitment Administration team, working collaboratively to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment service. In this role, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple divisional offices, overseeing recruitment administration for eleven assigned divisions and sharing responsibilities for the wider Group with your counterpart. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal company procedures, whilst supporting hiring managers and key stakeholders in attracting and retaining top talent by enhancing the overall candidate experience.
The Group Recruitment Administrator reports to the Group Senior Recruitment Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage recruitment administration from approval to employee onboarding.
* Be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
* Post job adverts across multiple channels through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), adhering to Company brand guidelines.
* Work with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment needs using the most cost effective methods.
* Manage candidate applications, including reviewing CVs/applications and shortlisting when required.
* Create and issue offer letters and contracts, through the ATS, ensuring all candidate documentation, including right to work and references, are completed and verified.
* Provide recruitment process management information upon request.
* Support with recruitment projects, including graduate and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns, Agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL) reviews, and the continued centralisation of recruitment administration through the ATS.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
* Proven transferable experience in high-volume administration, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in an in-house recruitment administration role is desirable.
Qualifications And Training
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above.

* Willing to be flexible on day to day duties and hours worked.
* Hybrid role (4 days per week in the office), worked on a core hours basis with flexible working options available.
