The Opportunity
Our work in the Ceremonies Team and any given day can often feel quite different from the next! There will be some key responsibilities likely to feature in this role, including:
* Assisting the Registration Officers with ushering during ceremonies (Marriages, Civil Partnerships, and non-statutory ceremonies)
* Communicate face to face with customers in a professional, courteous, and appropriate manner.
* Working across different floors of the Ceremony venue, setting up rooms for ceremonies and resolving minor maintenance issues.
The ideal applicant will have experience of working within a customer service environment, with effective communication and IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
