Role: Services Administration Assistant Salary: Salary scale £23,779 – £25,738 (pro rata based on 35 hour week) plus 5% employer pension contribution 35 hours per week (to include Mondays to 7pm and Fridays 9am to 4pm) Based in Leeds LS1. My client is on the lookout for ladies with skills, energy, sensitivity and discretion to join their team as a Services Admin Assistant. About the company We are a dynamic, charitable organisation which actively promotes the safeguarding of vulnerable adults, young people and children. We provide long term individual and group therapy to disadvantaged females who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access therapy. Applications are invited from candidates with sound, relevant experience to contribute to the provision of client focused administrative and reception support services, and to provide an effective first point of contact for clients and visitors, following procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service. The role is busy and varied and the successful candidate will have excellent administration, attention to detail and customer care skills. Must also have experience of, or an interest in, working for a charitable/third sector organisation.
