The E-Commerce division at RKW is looking to add an experienced Key Accounts Manager to its Sales Team, working with our online-retail clients, including both household name brands and up and coming e-commerce businesses, within the Housewares and Household Electricals market.
Reporting directly to the eCommerce Directors, you will be a highly dynamic Account Manager with the ability and desire to build collaborative, strategic partnerships with some of channels biggest growth opportunities.
You should be a strategic thinker, understand end-to-end retail eCommerce and drive growth using commercial, operational & marketing sales levers.
The ability to read, understand and create action from large pools of data is critical for the role.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs.
* Own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships.
* Full P&L ownership per account.
* Detailed forecast creation, maintenance and management across all customers at line level.
* Lead customer range review meetings to increase RKW listings and share vs agreed objectives.
* Negotiate with excellence including customer terms, ensuring win-win scenarios for RKW and its retail partners.
* Utilise data to create sales opportunities and business efficiencies.
* Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
* Work with eComm Content team to ensure customers have Best in Class content optimised across all products.
* Manage and maintain customer promotional plans.
* Present with authority internally and externally to both senior stakeholders and peers.
* Work cross-functionally to be the voice of your customer base internally to drive change.
* Be an expert in RKW's brands and product ranges.
* Be an expert across your retailers.
* Maximise RKW's product visibility, rank and sales velocity online through the eComm ‘flywheel’.
Skills & Desirables:
* Proven track record working within a sales environment and results driven – eComm experience desirable.
* An understanding of eCommerce levers and best practices.
* Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer-oriented approach.
* Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills.
* Ability to present with impact.
* Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
* Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.

* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
