As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across administration, HR, marketing, and internal recruitment.
This is a varied and dynamic role—perfect for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and enjoys getting involved in different aspects of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Admin & Operations
* Manage invoices, payroll, and financial admin
* Send out terms of business
* Book events and coordinate schedules
Social Media & Marketing
* Create and manage social media content (good Canva skills are a plus!)
* Keep internal engagement fun—update and organize internal competitions
Internal Recruitment
* Hire recruiters and support staff
* Conduct initial screening calls and reference checks
* Oversee psychometric testing
HR & Compliance
* Handle contracts and employee documentation
* Ensure data quality and compliance
* Track holidays, sickness, and leave records
What We’re Looking For
✔ Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
✔ Background in admin, HR, or operations (recruitment experience is a plus!)
✔ Comfortable with social media and Canva
✔ A problem-solver who loves working with people
✔ Ability to work onsite in Leeds
