Team Coordinator (RP0047)
Starting salary: £29,802pa with potential progression to £32,956pa on achieving designated skills and experience
37 hours per week (hybrid working)
Are you a natural leader with the ability to lead and guide staff to deliver high quality services to our customers? Are you an experienced administrator with experience of providing high level administrative support to a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be providing high quality, technical support service to the team. You must have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and be a confident and effective communicator. You will be responsible for collating and compiling data from a range of sources, compiling KPI data and analysing results. You will also coordinate the completion of the statistical returns and deal with initial complaints from customers, carrying out investigations and responding to customer queries. You must be adept at switching priorities and delivering work to defined deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the team administrators.
It goes without saying that you must be an experienced team leader with a background in analysing data and dealing with customers. To be successful, you will need an excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications and exceptional time management skills.
