We require a committed and hardworking team player with great interpersonal skills, energy and creativity. The position provides the opportunity to contribute to the leadership and management of the whole school. You will be accountable as a leader across both EYFS classes and will foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, promoting innovative and effective pedagogical practices that inspire and engage young learners. You will lead and support a team of dedicated teachers and learning support assistants, providing guidance mentoring and professional development opportunities.

We are a thriving Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) academy in Oakley Vale, Corby. A new-build opening in 2014, we are an innovative and inclusive academy for children aged 3–11 and are led by a Primary Principal.
We offer a warm and friendly environment that delivers an engaging curriculum to pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Ofsted rated the Academy as ‘Outstanding’ in July 2015. We are proud of our pupils, who are expected to work hard and give their best.
