As a leading provider of Road Safety Education, delivering driver training to over 800,000 qualified road users every year, we have high demand for our courses and innovative range of driver training and risk management solutions to small, large and blue chip organisations. Our Fleet and Driver Risk Management division is a fast-growing business and we are looking to expand our talented panel of driver trainers to work with our clients across the UK on a contract for services/self-employed basis to meet demand for our JAUPT and FORS accredited schemes based on your availability to work at our customer sites (mileage expenses covered at 22p per mile for in person delivery). We have ambitious plans within the driver risk management and driver training market and as such are always interested in hearing from professional trainers who have the enthusiasm to be part of a forward-thinking and dynamic team making a real difference to road safety, in exchange we offer competitive day rates (up to £200 per day) regular work available with no travel between lessons and locations each day, the opportunity to work with experienced drivers and have variety in your working week with courses running 7 days a week, including evenings. We also offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, completed remotely with ongoing CPD opportunities and the ability to work across our group in private and public sector, subject to the necessary training. The ideal candidate: Required - Full UK drivers’ licence - Teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher (such as AET, PTTLS, CertEd, PGCE) - Experience delivering driver training in some format to experienced drivers (LGV/HGV and PSV desirable) - Hold Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance cover - Supply own laptop and have basic IT competence Please follow the link to access the Driver CPC Content & Person Specification document for a full breakdown of requirements.
