Job Type: Fixed Term - Full Time - 40 hours per week
The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.
We are looking for an Activity Committees’ Event Coordinator on a fixed term contract to assist the Committees' Event Manager with the administration of the Activity Groups Events to members. To assist in the coordination of events for all 18 Activities Committees ensuring that all details for the function are conveyed correctly to all involved departments and the members involved.
Based at our Woodcote Park clubhouse in Epsom with occasional travel to our clubhouse in London.
Fixed term with an immediate start until Thursday 17 April 2025, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all bookings on behalf of activity groups following the guidelines in place.
* Processing new bookings, cancellations, monitoring the waiting list and filling any available spaces for upcoming events.
* Attend events as required, this may include at both clubhouses. To assist to control and manage individual event costings.
* Carry out any other duties as may be appropriate to the grade and scope of the post.
* Respond to member queries and feedback.

* Previous experience in a coordination role
* Highly organised
* Working to multiple deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
* Team player
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office
