The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Logging jobs into JobLogic from all contracts
* Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients
* Using client portals for data entry and management
* Handling document management and electronic filing
* Following up with clients on outstanding records
* Supporting the office management team with administrative tasks as required
* Sending completion emails and managing purchase orders
* Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the management team
Skills & Experience
* Customer service experience
* Administrative experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
