Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey. There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30 Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 09:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift) 1 in every 2 - Saturday 09:00-17:30 Job Role: Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include: Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers requests. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations. Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the Currys website. Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed. Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life. Delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice. Uncapped Commission Structure Key Skills: A commitment to providing great service. Customer Service experience, ideally within a Contact Centre environment. Excellent communication skills. A passion for tech A previous sales experience would be desirable. IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
