We are seeking a person who has experience as a leader in People & Culture (or HR) and looking to expand on these skills alongside delivering a multitude of exciting projects to become our next People & Culture Projects Manager,
The posts primary importance is in the innovative approach to the delivery of our People & Culture Services in line with our Trust Strategy.
A keen interest to identify, explore and deliver automation into our services is essential.
The post holder will be responsible in the creation and delivery of all new People & Culture service projects whilst supporting the People & Culture Service Desk Team Leader and Team with any complex People & Culture issues or queries.
As the People & Culture Systems Project Manager you will act as a People & Culture ‘’system expert’’ for both the staff e-rostering system and ESR (payroll database system commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care for the NHS). Possessing the ability to use the systems at a complex level, utilising the high-level understanding in the systems capability to ensure maximum usage and recognising future systems development and utilisation, benefitting the Trust and all system users.
You will deputise in the absence of the e-Roster or ESR Manager to oversee both day to day and the implementation of projects and delivery plans. You will also manage the People & Culture Service Desk, answering all first point of contact HR queries for both the Trust and 2gether Support Solutions.
You will analyse complex data, reports and interpret statistical (including financial) data and draw conclusions. You will possess the ability to think strategically, analysing complex issues whilst multi-tasking various projects in line with all deadlines.
