Job Title: Qualified Maths Tutor

Pay Rate: Starting from £25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
As a Qualified Maths Tutor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored lessons that enhance student's understanding and confidence in Mathematics. Your role involves:
- Providing one-to-one tuition or small group sessions to meet individual learning needs.
- Developing engaging, personalised lesson plans that address learning gaps and promote academic progress.
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular, constructive feedback to students and, where necessary, to parents or guardians.
- Creating a supportive, positive learning environment that encourages a love for mathematics.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit various learning styles, particularly for students with additional support needs.
- PGCE in Maths and/or QTS.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Mathematics.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, innovative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
