The Role We are looking for Business Development Executives to engage potential clients through telephone, email and other communication methods. The role will involve promoting our diverse range of insurance products and supporting Account Brokers by introducing new clients to Howden. You will be responsible for recording client interactions using our systems. Key Responsibilities Update the company’s database with accurate, current information from role activities. Identify and develop potential client sources. Communicate effectively with clients to secure commitment for proposal forms. Build strong client relationships. Be part of campaigns and projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors. Plan and manage your diary and workload efficiently. Collaborate with team members Undertake additional duties as required. Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and external agencies. Skills & Attributes Proven sales experience with the ability to meet targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and update database accurately. Ability to manage workload and plan effectively. Competent in using IT platforms and maintaining records.
