A litho and digital printing company is looking to fill an internal role which will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service support on all printed product sales. The Account Executive will work cooperatively and directly between the company’s sales team, the production team, and the customers.
This role would be perfect for someone from a customer service/administrative background – someone who demonstrates a commitment to outstanding client care. A good telephone manner will be key.
Job Duties:
* Accurately process customer print transactions
* Process sales orders using MIS system
* Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
* Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
* Provide accurate management of agreed stock level replenishment, including the management of unexpected increases or decreases in demand for print or bespoke customer products
* Obtain accurate vendor information relating to pricing, shipment dates, and expected date of delivery
* Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
* Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any queries
* Manage time effectively, meet business goals, and work effectively with members of the print production and sales teams
* Collate lead times and maintain an accurate picture of workflow and job completion dates and communicate this to stakeholders
