We support hybrid working here at SelectScience, with up to 3-days a week in our Corston office (for this reason will are only considering candidate based in the UK, and close proximity to Corston, Bath).
The Role - Purpose & Scope
Working alongside our sales team to create, project manage and deliver exceptional digital content campaigns on behalf of our international customers. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by building strong relationships and sharing expert recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Working with customers (scientific laboratory manufacturers) globally, across multiple fields of science and technology, within a team of 12. No immediate line management responsibility. Directly involved in revenue recognition within the business, through the management and delivery of SelectScience digital content campaigns on behalf of customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding customers who have purchased new campaigns
2. Creating campaign plans on our planning system, to be used to manage the projects and for communicating progress/upcoming items with the customer
3. Proactively managing and administrating the campaigns throughout the campaign period
4. Planning activities and tasks with internal teams
5. Delivering engaging digital content marketing services, such as emails and webinars, to our global scientific audience
6. Engaging with customers regularly by phone and email, to answer queries and provide status updates on their campaigns
7. Regularly reviewing the performance of the campaigns against expectations, and proactively working with other teams (sales, editorial, production) to improve results if needed, or to communicate successes to the customer
8. Suggesting improvements to the effectiveness and performance of the marketing services, with a view to increasing value for customers in their campaigns.

19. Knowledge of project management processes and systems.

Experience
Essential:
22. At least 1 year working in a professional environment, ideally in project or account management, within a digital or marketing agency, publisher or other business-related role, such as sales.
23. Customer service experience.
Desirable:
24. Project management experience.
25. Digital marketing experience.
26. Experience of using tools such as Hubspot or Monday.com.
27. Experience of data analysis and/or data tools such as PowerBI.
Education
Desirable:
28. A degree within project management, communication/marketing, or a business-related subject; or the equivalent in other qualifications (such as CIM certifications) and relevant work experience.
29. Digital marketing qualifications e.g. CIM or Hubspot certifications.
