Title: Secretary Type: Temporary Duration: 6-9 months Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday) Location: Inverness Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Details: Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Secretary on a temporary basis for approximately 6-9 months. This is a full time role, Monday Friday based in Inverness. The successful applicant will undertake a busy and varied workload, working within a highly supportive team environment. Providing comprehensive Secretarial support to the business, specific duties include: Typing a range of documents and correspondence containing legal terminology. Dealing with client enquiries face to face and by telephone. Assisting in the preparation of Court case files. Diary management, co-ordinating and setting up client meetings. Transcription of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Dealing with email enquiries. Update and manage client case files, opening and closing records accordingly. General Administration including preparation of various legal forms and templates. Filing, photocopying, scanning, and invoicing. Person Specification Previous secretarial/administration experience. Strong typing skills including accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of the legal sector (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and also manage a busy personal workload. Strong IT and administrative skills. Polite telephone manner. Calm under pressure with good organisational and time management skills. Capable of prioritising in order to work to deadlines.
