To find out more you can visit our website Job details / Job Purpose Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 - 35 hours per week Location: Warrington / Remote Grade: CM40 Salary available on request As a key member of the Commercial team, the Junior Commercial Manager will help manage and strengthen relationships with Vaultex’s two shareholder banks, industry partners, and strategic stakeholders. You will play a vital role in supporting the development of the Vaultex product suite and driving new business opportunities. Working closely with the Bank Relationship Manager and the wider Commercial team, the Junior Commercial Manager’s main focus will be helping the banks grow and retain their cash portfolios. This will involve anticipating and responding to the needs of the Commercial and Corporate teams within the banks, whilst also contributing to the development of Vaultex’s products and services. The Junior Commercial Manager’s efforts will help ensure the successful delivery of Vaultex’s Commercial strategies and support business growth for both Vaultex and our banking partners. Key responsibilities Work with banks, customers, and supply chain partners to influence actions that support portfolio growth. Collaborate with banks and customers to retain existing business and acquire new clients. Create persuasive proposals and presentations to meet customer needs and deadlines. Work with internal experts to support banks and deliver commercial-led projects. Develop presentation materials and Excel models that document key strategies, including Vaultex’s Note and Coin initiatives, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders. Support new customers, their banks, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new business. Keep essential documents updated to inform customers of important features, helping improve service profitability, and retention. Contribute to key development activities aimed at driving business growth through product and process improvements. Analyse relevant data to create management insights that guide informed decision-making. Assist with managing meetings by preparing and delivering meeting materials and ensuring timely completion of action items. Provide support and attend key meetings in the absence of the Bank Relationship Manager. Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant guidelines. What you'll need on day one Ability to network and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint Demonstrated commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business needs and strategies. A strong team player who can work across all organisational boundaries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively. Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise workload efficiently. Meticulous and thorough in managing tasks and responsibilities.
