The Opportunity
Dr. Barbara Sturm is looking for an exceptional brand Copywriter with a strong background in skincare and beauty to join our global marketing team.
In this role, you will write and edit content for a variety of brand-led projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful narratives that reflect the brand's scientific philosophy and align with the founder’s tone of voice. Reporting directly to the Head of Copy, you will play a pivotal role in crafting elevated and compelling content that resonates with our global audience.
What you'll get to do
* Develop and deliver high-quality content that embodies Dr. Barbara Sturm’s tone of voice and brand identity.
* Write copy across various content marketing channels, including product descriptions, email campaigns, website, and editorial pieces.
* Work closely with the Digital Designer to ensure emails and campaigns align with the brand’s tone of voice.
* Collaborate with the Head of Copy to ensure consistency and creativity in all written materials.
* Work cross-functionally with teams to produce content that engages, informs, and inspires our global audience.
* Work alongside the product development team to write copy specific to product and NPD, including press releases, product sheets, and website product pages.
* Create copy for retailer activities, including POS in-store creative and online launch collateral for Dr. Barbara Sturm and other marketing activations.
* Write content for our blog, Doctor’s Notes, and actively participate in creative meetings to concept feature ideas for future blog posts.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a copywriter in the luxury beauty and/or luxury sector, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience.
* Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar, style, and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail and time management.
* A team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work independently on projects while also thriving in a group setting.
* A genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and innovation, coupled with an ability to stay attuned to the ever-evolving landscape of the beauty world.
