We are now looking to further expand our team by recruiting a Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director with strong digital experience and proficient project management skills. This is a full time role; however, we are open to discussing a part-time contract based on your level of experience. With the office based in Whitchurch, we are ideally looking for someone who can be office based (with flexible working available). With a lot of our work focused on digital development and design, having proven experience in delivering digital projects such as full website builds is an absolute must. From technically liaising with clients and our network of designers and developers on digital tasks, to contributing to creative and problem-solving digital discussions, we are looking for an inspiring individual to have the confidence to lead on these technical and often complex projects. With many of our projects requiring a cross section of our services, you will also need to work collaboratively with the Directors to ensure that these multifaceted jobs are executed seamlessly, assigning the right tasks to the right people. You must be experienced in managing junior team members to enable you to run the projects with our existing team and trusted network of contractors. So, we are looking for a positive motivator who brings understanding, organisation and lateral thinking to our current team and a level of dynamism and innovation to our portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: Being the lead on a wide range of technical and graphic design projects, reporting to and overseen by the Directors, as well as managing contractors, designers and an Account Manager Collaborating with the Directors to support the strategic direction of client relationships and accounts Regular meetings with the Directors to inform them of all project progress and support needed to drive each task through to completion Lead on the day-to-day work for client projects and ongoing retainers, ensuring constant communication and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in addition to hosting/attending client meetings Being our resident digital expert, demonstrating a strong technical knowledge and passion for all things online. Constantly seeking out new advances and ideas that could drive the company and work forward Essential briefing support for clients, questioning their genuine needs and agreeing the required deliverables to facilitate a clear brief for the studio Collating detailed and technical internal briefs for designers and developers Creating comprehensive project timeplanners as well as proofing all essential admin such as retainer monthly reports and meeting notes Scoping projects with accurate cost estimates and writing detailed client and company proposals Using Asana to manage all client projects and retainers, working with the Account Manager to direct the workflow, inputting all tasks and assigning them to the relevant team member Supporting the Directors with new business research and outreach Creating reports for the Directors on project successes and key learnings as well as analysing time spent in relation to budgets Overseeing the day-to-day running of the KJC social channels, working with the Account Manager on the content planning, proofing social posts, writing copy for blogs and briefing designers Essential skills and experience required for the role: 5 years’ experience working in a creative or digital agency, at a Project / Account Manager level or higher Proven experience leading in the planning and implementation of digital projects including at least 2-3 full brochure/corporate website projects, coordinating a team and tracking all deadlines Excellent communication skills, previously working in a client-facing role with the confidence to not only liaise with, but host client meetings and present proposals Being a confident copywriter, able to support the Director with offering this as a service to clients across both B2B and B2C sectors Experience in writing complex proposals, scoping work to create detailed estimates, project timeline creation and managing all internal processes Proficient in Microsoft Office to an intermediate level Experience with working with WordPress CMS Advantageous: Understanding of SEO best practice, code and WordPress URL structures Experience briefing both traditional design and digital projects directly to designers / developers Experience working with Figma Knowledge of working across CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Pardot, Monday.com and Hubspot) Experience using a project management platform such as Asana or Notion Understanding and ability to update basic HTML and CSS Experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Company Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension Flexible and remote working Annual training budget Job Details: Contract Type: Permanent Job Title : Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director Hours / Days : 9am-5:30pm full time (Monday-Friday) Location : On-site in Whitchurch, Aylesbury.
