Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Deliver professional software demonstrations.
* Understand customer needs and how our ERP solutions can benefit their business.
* Produce accurate sales proposals.
* Collaborate with Marketing to optimize opportunities.
* Maintain product knowledge and advise customers.
* Liaise with internal teams and ensure smooth project handovers.
* Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Background in business development, account management, software implementation, and/or training.
* Consultative approach to understanding business processes and customer needs.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Commitment to first-class customer service.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and organized.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Sales experience.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Knowledge of the stockist, merchant, distributor, and wholesale sector.
