In this Customer / Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:
1. Making outbound telephone courtesy calls reminding customers of their appointments, and cancelling or rescheduling other appointments, as well as receiving inbound telephone queries.
2. Ensuring all customer contact is recorded accurately and correctly using bespoke CRM systems.
3. Handling customer dissatisfaction with appropriate levels of empathy and professionalism, escalating when appropriate.
4. Performing other additional duties to support the priorities of the Customer Engagement Centre.

1. Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
2. Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
3. Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent phone skills and complaint handling ability.
5. Previous experience in a similar environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
This is a temporary role for a period of 8 weeks initially, with a view of being extended, working full time, Monday to Friday. The position is based in modern offices in the centre of Llandudno and is accessible using public transport. You'll be on an hourly rate of £11.44 plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday accrual, and Ffit Conwy membership discount.
