As a
Children's Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes emotional, social, and educational development while ensuring all safeguarding and care standards are met. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for children and young people in a residential home Encourage independence, personal growth, and positive life choices Assist with daily routines, education, and recreational activities Ensure safeguarding procedures and care plans are followed Work closely with a team to create a safe and structured environment Requirements Experience working with children in a
residential, social care, or support role
(preferred but not essential) A passion for supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs Strong communication, patience, and resilience Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends A relevant qualification in
Childcare, Health & Social Care, or equivalent
