To provide administrative support in the Sales and Service department, a degree of flexibility is required to work across all areas of the business as necessary.
Duties:
* Ensure the health and safety, environmental, and quality policies are adhered to at all times.
* Support the service and sales department with day-to-day administrative duties such as filing and scanning.
* Develop knowledge and understanding of all systems relating to these departments.
* Support service and sales department in moving towards a digitalized filing system.
* Assist with physical and electronic file management.
* Support the service team with equipment on/off hire requirements in the rental asset management programme.
* Support the service team with the production of certification through the in-house asset management programme.
* Answer incoming service and sales telephone calls and redirect the calls accordingly.
* Liaise with the sales and service coordinators, providing support and cover during periods of holidays or absence.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required.
Good communicator with the ability to effectively present information in written and electronic format to the highest standard.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience in Excel and basic spreadsheets is advantageous.
