Ensure delivery of required outcomes within budget, quality, scope, timeline, and benefit parameters. Deliver projects within defined constraints. Track project progress and report to Head of Change. Contribute to the Portfolio Management Team. Manage project financials, risks, and issues. Structure and sequence project changes. Prioritise project requests in line with most important Deliver projects to meet business targets and contribute to the company vision. Influence business cases and support benefit realisation planning. Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels. Lead and motivate a team of Programme and Project Managers.
