This role is available due to strong company growth levels and continued expansion following significant investment in the business.
You will come from a print or direct mail background, and to succeed in this role you must be organised, efficient, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment to ensure the customers high standards and needs are met.
A 'can do' attitude and willingness to involve yourself in all stages of a clients project is essential to succeed within this rewarding role.

Position: Account Manager
Type: Full time permanent role
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri only
Location: Office based in Burgess Hill, approximately 25 min walk from the nearest station. Plenty of free parking on site.
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience plus excellent all round company benefits, including pension scheme, full training/support along with 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities
1. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients on a regular basis, ensuring meaningful and timely communication.
2. Work with clients in a proactive, consultative manner, delivering advice and solutions to their problems.
3. Interpret clients specifications and provide quotations in a timely manner or against pre-agreed service level agreements.
4. Use the system to accurately create works instructions, briefing internal teams and owning the projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
5. Liaise with suppliers to source project related collateral, which involves requesting quotes, raising purchase orders and placing orders.
6. Accurate invoicing of all projects being managed.
7. Handle customer queries/complaints in a timely manner.
8. Attend meetings with internal teams and clients as required.
Experience, Competencies and Knowledge Required
1. Proven experience as an account manager with a good knowledge of the print and/or direct mail industry.
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret client specifications, briefs & artwork.
3. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to work to deadlines.
4. Good IT and computer skills.
