CLIENT: Titcombe Bespoke Jewellery
LOCATION: Clifton, Bristol
SALARY: Competitive salary + training + pension after qualifying timeframe
Having designed and manufactured jewellery for over two decades, TITCOMBE Bespoke Jewellery have stores and workshops in both Clifton, Bristol, and Cirencester. Members of the National Association of Jewellers, they delight in making fine jewellery come to life - designing, making, and setting here in the UK.
They are rightly proud of the high standard of their gemstones and diamonds, which is linked with a constant zest to deliver the ultimate customer experience, be it in-store or virtual. In 2020, they were twice a finalist at the Retail Jeweller Awards for 'Sales team of the Year' & 'Bespoke Jeweller of the Year'.
In recent years, they have also won commendation for their store design, accreditation regarding their retailing proficiency, and recognition as one of Britain's best independently owned retail jewellers.
Job Role:
There exists an opportunity for an ambitious SALES CONSULTANT to commence their career within this acclaimed retail jeweller enterprise.
Customer service is a massive part of this role, as is the ability to sell and present all merchandise in a knowledgeable, highly consultative fashion. You will keep all interested parties updated (the workshop, stone suppliers, specialist trade artisans, and customers) and manage delivery expectations throughout each creation's production phase.
For this business, customer service shouldn't end when a product is sold. There will be initiatives to ensure that once customers have bought and entrusted their purchases to the company, there are many reasons to return.
All staff must operate within the best standards of health & safety and be mindful of providing a safe and secure boutique environment for all VIP customer visitors and trade colleagues alike.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales and retailing of luxury products is helpful.
2. Trade understanding of diamonds and fine jewellery could be advantageous; however, you will be supported to develop your professional understanding at whatever industry competence level you may have reached.
3. You should be accustomed to operating in an efficient sales environment, with merchandising and maintenance of in-store best protocols being second nature to you.
4. You will need to demonstrate constant friendliness, reliability, and flexibility when requested.
5. Great administrative skills are essential - being accurate and succinct.
There is always the opportunity to further your trade status within this company. To apply, please forward your personal CV to Jolyon here at JML.
